| Church Council: |
| The Church
Council considers the workings of the various Boards, Committees, and
all matters pertaining to the general welfare of the congregation and
discusses all recommendations which the various Boards and Committees
propose to present to the congregation. The Church Council also
insures the financial health of the congregation. |
| Voters' Assembly: |
| The voting members of
the congregation assemble periodically to conduct the spiritual and
material affairs of the congregation. |
| Board of Elders: |
| The Board of Elders provides
assistance toward the spiritual and personal welfare of the pastor(s)
and congregational members. |
| Board of Trustees: |
| The Board of Trustees
provides for the proper care, maintenance, and security of all physical
properties of the congregation. |
| Board of Christian Education: |
| The Board of Christian Education
plans and administers the total Christian Education Program of the
congregation. |
| Board of Outreach Ministry: |
| The Board of Outreach
Ministry plans and administers programs to bring the Gospel to the
unchurched through evangelism efforts and other activities. |
| Board of Inreach Ministry: |
| The Board of Inreach Ministry plans and
administers programs that meet the needs of members of the congregation
including the homebound, members in nursing homes, inactive members, and
those having special needs. |
| Board of Worship: |
| The Board of Worship provides
personnel and makes necessary arrangements for worship services and
music ministry. |
| Board of Assimilation: |
| The Board of Assimilation
assists and encourages new members and current members in achieving
significant and meaningful participation in the ministries of the church
and opportunities for service. |
| Small Group Ministry Board: |
| The Small Group Ministry
Board encourages the development of home study groups which will provide
a structure in which people can interact, grow in their prayer life
together, meet fellowship needs, and study the Bible in depth. The
Board also serves as a means for outreach. |
